The location is excellent, easy to reach just off the motorway and a very short drive to Lake Como and the Swiss border. We had booked a double room for one night but were delighted to be given a free upgrade to a suite. We would have liked to stay longer to enjoy it! The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was very good but not a great deal of vegetarian choice. We settled for a great pizza for dinner and the breakfast was very good. It is obviously a popular stopover, very busy with families from all over Europe.

The location of the hotel very close to the highway Swiss-Milano. Pets are welcome at the hotel, staff is very client oriented, cool and kind. They offered us breakfast bags (because we left before the restaurant opened) and they were well furnished. Beds are of good quality and ensured a good rest after a long trip. The restaurant is nice and proposes good food. Clean and cosy room.

We appreciated that the manager sent a very nice bowl of freshly cut fruit with apologies for the problems with our first room (see below). The main restaurant had an excellent menu, good wine selection, and reasonable prices, but let down by the service.
